It was the year of 1958 when Florida Tech was founded by Dr. Jerome to provide education to the engineers, scientists, and other technicians those who were working with NASA, in order to carry on with their education alongside. Southern Association of Colleges and Schools certified Dr. Jerome’s institute and in the year 1964, its name was changed to Florida Institute of Technology. In the year 1972, on the request of American Navy, the first online program was started in Maryland.
Florida Tech is registered by Commission of Colleges of Southern Associate of Colleges and Schools. Florida Tech has till now provided online degrees to over thirty thousand students who’ve made their names in the fields of psychology, business, sciences, and engineering.
